Why did Kiran Bedi jump Hospital Fence?

Puducherry Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi is unlike any of the Governors we have seen till date. She conducts field visits on the weekends by riding a bicycle and would even go for a ride at midnight to check how safe the city has been for women.
Currently, Kiran Bedi is on a 5-day trip to Karaikal. On the 4th Day, She went to a hospital to conduct a surprise inspection. The Governor was made to wait as the gate of hospital was locked and the keys had been misplaced.
Much to everyone's surprise, Kiran Bedi jumped the 3.5 foot high brick wall after waiting for sometime. Karaikal District Collector R Kesavan, SP VJ Chandran and Officials present there had no other option but to follow her.
Kiran Bedi found the Hospital premises dirty and breeding ground for mosquitoes. She directed the officials to clean the surroundings immediately and maintain hygienic environment. Later, She interacted with the patients and enquired about the facilities provided.
