New Governor for AP Soon: Kiran Bedi?

ESL Narasimhan has been acting as Governor of the two Telugu States since bifurcation of United AP. Finally, Union Government has decided to appoint separate Governor for AP and Telangana.
A proposal of sending Pondicherry Lt Governor Kiran Bedi to AP as Governor and Ex-Principal Secretary (Irrigation) CVSK Sarma as Governor for Telangana is under consideration. Decision to this effect might be arriving after the end of Budget Session.
BJP AP Chief Kambhampati Haribabu wrote a letter to Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on January 11th seeking replacement of ESL Narasimhan as Governor. Saffron Party Leaders alleged Narasimhan never gave good preference to AP and functioning from Hyd could be one of the reasons.
Considering the situation in AP after all the parties began demanding Special Status, BJP Leadership felt someone like Kiran Bedi would handle things in a better manner. The entry of an achiever like Kiran Bedi might inspire women in the state.
