Kiran Talks About Justice! How Silly?

Kiran Kumar Reddy quit Congress in 2014 complaining it has done injustice to Andhra Pradesh. Ending his four years of hibernation, The Former Chief Minister rejoined Congress and announced Justice can happen to Telugu States only if Congress Party is elected to power at the Centre. Can anybody dare to say either Kiran Kumar Reddy isn't a politician or unfit for politics?
It would be nice if Kiran Kumar Reddy explains to Andhrites what kind of justice it is! What's the big change he noticed in the Congress Party after four years to rejoin? If NDA Government failing to fulfill the bifurcation promises can be the only criteria he is bothered about?
Don't be surprised if Congress creates Separate Rayalaseema State for political gains. Even then, Leaders like Kiran Kumar Reddy would be taking u-turns as per their convenience and say Congress alone guarantees justice. Is this for what people have been electing the Leaders?
