Kishan Reddy Ignores Amit Shah's Advice
By: Tupaki Desk | 2 Jun 2019 6:50 AM GMTAvoid media, this terse half-sentence advice is being given to all the newly inducted ministers by the BJP top brass. The BJP top leadership - read Modi and Shah - are asking the MPs and Ministers not to speak to the media. But, our dear Kishan Reddy did not pay heed to this advice and has landed in a soup.
On being elected, Kishan Reddy flamboyantly declared that Hyderabad is the haven of the Jehadi forces. He also said that the roots of every terrorist attack are traced to Hyderabad. BJP chief and Kishan Reddy's immediate boss in the Central Cabinet - Amit Shah - has not taken kindly to this remark. He is said to have chided Kishan Reddy and asked him not to make such statements. Shah is reported to have told him to show the results in action and that there would be no verbal extravaganza of any kind. Thoroughly chastised, Kishan Reddy has fallen silent now. Meanwhile, Modi and Shah have also told all the MPs and Ministers not to take leaves. They sternly told the elected leaders to work hard and ensure that the services are properly delivered to the targeted beneficiaries. Kishan Reddy, it appears, is learning the ropes the hard way .
