Kishan Reddy On Extending Lockdown In The Country

With the 21-day nationwide lockdown announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi coming to an end with the midnight of April 14th, Minister of State for Home Affairs Gangapuram Kishan Reddy has made some sensational comments on the lockdown.
He said that the Centre is looking to extend the existing lockdown as the positive cases are increasing at a rapid phase. The Minister maintained that Prime Minister Modi is talking with the experts on how about extending the lockdown as many states have expressed the same view.
Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to the Chief Ministers of the states and took opinions from the CMs and gave them suggestions on the measures to be taken to stop the spread of the virus.
Many media reports said that CMs of some states have expressed the opinion to extend the lockdown including Telangana Chief Minister KCR. Now it's up to the Centre to take a call on this.
One question arises in everyone's mind is if the lockdown continues will time be given to buy essentials and necessary goods as if the lockdown continues everything across the nation will be closed.
