Kishan Reddy Slams GHMC For Not Following Protocol

BJP leader and Minister of State for Home Affairs Gangapuram Kishan Reddy toured the rain-affected areas in Hyderabad. He was accompanied by BJP OBC Morcha National president K Laxman and others during the visit.
However, it is believed that the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation(GHMC) officials have not followed the protocol and no officials of the body have accompanied Kishan Reddy during his visit to rain-affected areas which irked the Minister.
He reportedly dialed GHMC Commissioner and displayed his dissatisfaction over the civic body not sending the officials for his visit and allegedly said the civic body failed in rescue operations.
The Minister appealed to the public in the low-lying areas to not step out of the house until its emergency as Hyderabad city is expected to receive heavy rainfall for two more days.
Kishan Reddy spoke to Hyderabad Collector and directed her to ensure that all the required relief measures are initiated and the affected people in these areas get help.
