Why did BJP President thank Mahesh Babu?

We don't get to see a film like 'Srimanthudu' quite often. That's the reason the image of Mahesh Babu grew tremendously in the political circles off late. Even Politicians who usually refrain from commenting on films have been voluntarily coming forward to praise the concept choosen and it's brilliant execution.
After watching 'Srimanthudu', Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rao telephoned Mahesh Babu to appreciate him and appealed him to adopt a village from Mahabubnagar as well. Superstar accepted the proposal immediately and this decision has gone down well with a lot of political leaders of the region.
BJP Telangana unit president Kishan Reddy wrote on his twitter page: "Sincere thanks and best wishes srimanthudu mahesh babu for adopting a village in Paalamuru, telangana. #Srimanthudu".
Even the people of Telangana are delighted with the news of adoption of village in Palamuru district. Only Mahesh Babu was able to receive so much love and affection with just one film.
