KKR finds ideal replacement for Pat Cummins in New Zealand bowler

Pat Cummins had earlier said he will be unavailable for the remainder of the IPL that will resume from September. Without mentioning the reasons, he said, due to personal reasons, he took the decision.
Tim Southee is one of the leading pace bowlers in international cricket. He has represented New Zealand in more than 300 games across the platforms and has more than 600 wickets to his name.
The speedster has a good record in the IPL as well. Having played for Rajasthan Royals, CSK, Mumbai Indians and RCB, he made valuable contributions in winning the matches.
Former New Zealand skipper Brendon McCullum, who is currently the head coach of KKR had confirmed the joining of Tim Southee in the squad and called his selection as a good sign for the team.
