What did Kodandaram wish to advice Modi?

Telangana JAC Chairman Prof.Kodandaram advised Prime Minister Narendra Modi to focus on Black Money in the form of Lands and Gold as well apart from cash.
Kodandaram blamed Union Government for failing to take necessary measures before imposing a ban on old currency. He spoke about the issues faced by the Common Man as existing banks and ATMs aren't sufficient to dispense cash for 130 crore of Indians in a quick time.
The Professor urged TRS Government to divide the works of Palamuru-Ranga Reddy lift irrigation project into two parts for better results. 'While one part should be from Jurala, The one one must be from Srisailam,' he opined.
Very soon, Telangana JAC Newspaper and Website will be launched. To strengthen JAC, District Committees would be constituted and association with People's Organisations would be continued.
