Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker Kodela Sivaprasad Rao landed in trouble as his daughter-in-law Padma Priya filed a habeas corpus petition in the Hyderabad High Court seeking directions to the police to produce her four-year-old son before the court
Few days back a case was registered on SpeakerÂ’s son Kodela Ramakrishna by his estranged wife Padma Priya alleging that he attacked her late night and kidnapped her son.As per the complaint, Ramakrishna threatened his wife Padmapriya, her parents and took away their son Goutham, with him. She further said that there was marital discord among them and that he frequently quarreled
As there was no proper reaction from the cosp now Padma moved to High court.Padma Priya filed habeas corpus writ and told the court that she lodged a complaint on September 18 in the Three Town police station of Visakhapatnam .She alleged that despite registering the case, police have not taken any steps to rescue her kidnapped son
In her petition Padma Priya joins AP and TS govt officials;Hyd police Comissioner;Vizag SP an Three town CI as opponents. She urged the court to sort out the issue and get rid of her husband who is harassing her. Padma Priya accused that Kodela's family members worrying her since 2010.
