Kodela's Son Surrenders, Bail Granted!

Former Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao's Son Sivarama Krishna surrendered in the Narsaraopet court Today. The bail plea of Sivaram was approved immediately by the court.
Several cases were booked against Kodela Sivaram over misuse of power in the past 5 years. Kodela and his Son faced allegations of collecting K-Tax during the period when TDP was in power. As many as 19 cases were booked against Sivaram and his Sister in the past few months.
Recently, High Court directed Kodela Sivaram to apply for bail in the lower court. This is why he surrendered in the Narsaraopeta Court and obtained bail in six cases.
