Kodi Kathi Case: NIA Gives New Narration!

After YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder case, if there is any case that has been lasting for long years in Andhra Pradesh, then it is the Kodi Kathi. The case happened back in 2018 and the accused in the case has been in jail. The accused's parents are trying hard to get bail for their son.
Earlier YS Jagan Mohan Reddy told the court that he cannot come for the hearing as it causes traffic issues. In the same petition, Jagan, who is the victim in the case also mentioned in his petition that the case investigation should be finished at the earliest.
Now the National Investigation Agency counted the claims of Jagan and told the court to dismiss the case. The NIA filed a counter in this case and said that there is no conspiracy behind the attack and the agency also ruled out the political conspiracy in the attack.
It is known that the attack against Jagan happened in the Airport. Since then the suspect in the case Srinivas Rao has been painted as a supporter of the Telugu Desam Party and Harshavardhan, the owner of the restaurant might have had a role in this.
But the NIA ruled out the two theories and said that there is no political intention or personal intention in the attack. Having said that, the central agency maintained in the counter that the case should be dismissed.
Lawyers representing YS Jagan Mohan Reddy also appeared in the court and said that they need some more time to file a counter. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the court postponed the next hearing of the case to next Monday. All eyes are now on the case hearing now.
