Senior leader in Telangana Congress, Bhongir MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy who displayed his anger against the Delhi leadership for appointing Revanth Reddy as the TPCC chief has surprised everyone with his U-turn.

Komatireddy Venkat Reddy said he will work with TPCC chief Revanth Reddy to strengthen the party in the state.

Having said that, Komati Reddy reportedly told the media that he had advised Revanth Reddy of working together for the betterment of the party.

Earlier, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, a strong leader in Nalgonda district had displayed his displeasure of Revanth Reddy becoming the TPCC chief.

As a token of showing his anger, Komtireddy vowed to not step in Gandhi Bhavan and even said that TPCC has turned into TDPCC.

Only God knows what made Komatireddy Venkat Reddy change his stand and give his nod for working with Revanth Reddy.

It's an open secret that the internal issues had made the Congress party weaker. When Revanth Reddy called for a Padayatra, no Congressman supported him.

Revanth Reddy did his part in pacifying the seniors who were not happy with him holding the position.

He personally met the senior leaders including V. Hanumantha Rao. His good gesture had made the seniors change their opinion on Revanth Reddy.

Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, one of the aspirants for the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) was not happy with the Delhi leadership of Congress preferring Revanth Reddy.

Openly questioning on how come a leader like Revanth Reddy can be made the chief of Telangana wing of Congress who is a junior compared to the other leaders who have been in the party for so long.

However, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy faced a big shock when no other leaders extended their support to him over the TPCC chief appointment row.

Forget about others, even his brother didn't stand by him in this regard. Looks like the harsh reality had hit him hard and made him realise that being alone in the party cannot help him or the party.

It's good news for the Congress party sympathisers that leaders like Revanth Reddy and Komatireddy Venkat Reddy are coming together for the betterment of the party.
