Huzur Nagar By-Election Turns Prestigious And Interesting!

Huzur Nagar might not be one of the must win constituencies in Telangana for any political parties in general elections but by-election has made it a key battleground now.
TRS announced their candidate Saidi Reddy already, and BJP announced their candidate Kota Ramarao on Sunday. He was in contention with NRI Jaipal Reddy for the ticket but he won it.
He belongs to BC community and worked as a Government Doctor, till he resigned to his job and joined politics three months ago. He expressed great pleasure in getting the ticket and said that he will fight with all his might to win the seat against TRS.
BJP has been gaining big ground in Telangana as TRS is trying to monopolize the elections. Congress is not gaining any momentum in the state but Uttamkumar Reddy wants this by-election to change that situation.
His wife, Padmavathi is contesting in the election. Telangana TDP hasn't announced any candidate but CPM announced Arepally Sekhar Rao as their candidate.
Padmavathi and Kota Ramarao have support of both National parties but TRS is looking to show its upper hand by winning the election with grand majority. Hence, the by-election has become a prestigious one for all parties.
On October 21st polling will be conducted and on 24th result will be announced.
