TDP Leadership came to know about the harsh reality with the humiliating defeat in 2019 Elections. Welfare Schemes introduced prior to the elections hasn't fetched votes for the Ruling Party. Several TDP Leaders has already jumped into BJP and YCP. Even those Rajya Sabha MPs who were like left-hand and right-hand to Chandrababu Naidu ditched TDP soon after the defeat.
Veteran Actor Krishnam Raju has been actively participating in the BJP Membership Drive. Speaking to the media in Bhimavaram, The Former Union Minister described the current situation of TDP in this manner: 'They say a big stick should be used even to hit a small snake. Where is the need for the stick if its a dead snake?'.
Rebel Star opined Chandrababu Naidu is scared of facing the jail term for the corrupt practices during his regime. He added, 'Whoever commits fraud has to face the consequences. Babu will make emotional comments at times to get sympathy from public'.
