Who cheated Vijaya Nirmala to the tune of Rs 1 cr?

Media Reports were abuzz that Actress-cum-Director Ghattamaneni Vijaya Nirmala moved the court against a Real Estate Company for allegedly duping her to the tune of Rs 1 crore.
As per the version of Cops, Vijaya Nirmala has offered Rs 1 crore of hand loan to Vision Meadows Estates & Developers Pvt Ltd (run by Srinivasa Raju, Mudunuri Bhadriraju and Mudunuri Seetharamaraju) in 2007 after they sought her help due to losses in business. She has paid the amount in three installments using Andhra Bank cheques.
The trio, however, kept delaying the repayment of loan even after repeated appeals. Cheques offered by them got bounced as there was no amount in their accounts.
Finally, Vijaya Nirmala approached the court for justice. The court directed Jubilee Hills Police to register the case. A case under sections 420, 406, 156(3) of IPC have been filed against the three Real Estate Developers.
