Harish Rao's Burden Becomes KTR'S Promotion

Till now KTR is holding panchayati raj, municipal administration and information technology and other side Harish Rao is holding Irrigation, marketing, mines and geology and legislative affairs. With the reshuffle KCR snatched mining from Harish Rao and handed to KTR and it leads to a serious discussion.
It was rumored in political circles that KCR reduced Harish Rao's importance and gave preference to KTR. But Harish Rao supporters say Harish himself requested KCR to reduce his responsibilities as he was occupied with Kakatiya and running of the assembly.
Otherside Jupally Krishna Rao, who was handling Industries so far, has been assigned Panchayat Raj, Rural Development which were handled by K T Rama Rao. Agriculture Minister Pocharam Srinivas Reddy has been given additional portfolio of Cooperation. Governon Narasimhan has given his consent to the changes proposed by the CM.
