Telangana Government faced criticism for denying invitation to AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for World Telugu Conference. The criticism kept increasing day-by-day with few prominent personalities like Chaganti raising the issue.
IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao swung into action for damage control. Actually, Only few names (Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Producer Dil Raju) were in the invitees list for Monday. KTR changed the scene completely by personally inviting the who's who of Telugu Film Industry for the 4th Day of Telugu Mahasabhalu.
Tollywood bigwigs hailing from Seemandhra region shared the dais with Telangana Ministers at Telugu Mahasabhalu. By doing so, TRS Government planned to end the criticism that Seemandhrites weren't given due respect or recognition during World Telugu Conference. Krishna, Jamuna, Vijaya Nirmala, Chiranjeevi, Mohanbabu, R Narayana Murthy and Suman graced the occasion. The presence of AP CM's brother-in-law Nandamuri Balakrishna and TDP loyalist K Raghavendra Rao on the dais is gonna put an end to the criticism. So, Never underestimate either KCR or KTR!
