Did Chandrababu invented Internet as well?

During the campaigning of GHMC Polls, Telangana IT & Panchayat Raj Minister K Taraka Rama Rao came down heavily on AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
Speaking at a meeting attended by IT Professionals in Madhapur, KTR advised Chandrababu Naidu to focus only on Amaravathi and let them take care of Hyderabad. He faulted the claims of TDP Leaders that Chandrababu was behind the development of Hyderabad and opined IT Sector in Bengaluru far more developed than that of Joint Capital. 'Looking at the way he behaves, It won't be a surprise if Chandrababu claims he was the one who invented internet. He was unable to get funds from Centre for even Amaravathi. What will he do for Telangana?,' he questioned.
KTR addressed Chandrababu Naidu as Uncle when AP Chief Minister when to KCR's residence to invite the family of Telangana counterpart for the foundation ceremony of Amaravathi. With GHMC polls nearing, Tempers seems to be raising again and KTR isn't hesitating to take potshots at Hi-Tech Babu.
