Here is a throwback picture of Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao captured during his college days. 'Throwback to 1995 thereabouts. An old friend sent it now,' he wrote while sharing it online.
Much to the delight of every Telanganite, KTR bagged the SKOCH IT Minister of the Year award. Soon after the news became official, Samantha congratulated the Dynamic Minister and KTR didn't take much time to thank her.
Both KTR & Samantha are collectively working for promoting handlooms in Telangana. They sole aim is to raise the living standards of weavers by increasing the demand for handloom products.
