Clarity Over No.2 in TRS Party

There is no doubt that KCR is No.1 in TRS as he isn't only the founder-president but also the one who made the party what it is Today. Whereas, Nobody have any clue who is No.2 in the Ruling Party because of multiple contenders.
A recent development gave a clarity on who holds more power in TRS after KCR. On April 27th, TRS Plenary is going to happen and KCR has been personally monitoring all the arrangements being done. By taking the responsibility of making the plenary successful, KTR gave a indication that there needn't be any doubts on KCR's successor or No.2 in TRS.
IT Minister kept projecting himself as someone who is way ahead of Harish Rao or Kavitha to take over the reins of party and government from KCR. Plenary has given him such an opportunity and he is leaving no stone unturned to capitalize on it.
What will be the stand of Harish Rao? Would he be loyal to KCR even if KTR was elevated as TRS boss or next CM? Wait & See!
