KTR-Mark Strategy For Municipal Polls

All the Political Parties in Telangana have been getting ready for Municipal Polls scheduled to happen on January 22nd, 2020. There is so much competition among Leaders for the tickets of Ruling TRS. Apart from Netas who has been serving the party since many years, Leaders who migrated from Congress and TDP are also trying their best to bag the tickets.
TRS Working President KT Rama Rao took the responsibility of finalising the Candidates for Municipal Polls. He constituted a 3-Member Committee to prepare the parameters required for aspirants to emerge as candidates and guide District Presidents according to it. Thereafter, District Committees will shortlist the aspirants with potential. Later, 3-Member Panel & KTR will finalize the candidates upon studying the winning chances of the aspirants. In the end, The consent of CM K Chandrasekhar Rao would be taken before unveiling the candidates list. That's the action plan of KTR for the Municipal Polls!
Needless to say, TRS could win majority of the seats in this Municipal Elections as well because Congress isn't in a position to offer stiff opposition to the Ruling Party. BJP, on the other hand, lack the strength at grassroots to emerge as an alternative for TRS. MIM will continue to maintain ties with the KCR-led Party. Neither TDP Nor Left Parties might make their presence felt in the Municipal Polls.
