KTR moves a step closer to CM Chair

It's no secret that K Taraka Rama Rao is a strong contender for Telangana CM post though Irrigation Minister Harish Rao is much senior to him & efficient as well. The IT Minister even kept proving his calibre as the heir of CM KCR on many occasions.
In the recent past, KTR began performing his duty as Telangana IT & Municipal Minister from Camp Office used by CM KCR in the past. Is this an indication of what's going to happen in 2019?
Due to vaastu issues, KCR preferred construction of a new Camp Office-cum-Residence and named it as Pragathi Bhavan. Since then, KTR has limited his number of visits to Secretariat. He is holding review meetings from the old CM Camp Office itself. In fact, The chamber used by KCR as CM in the past has been occupied by him. Even the chair of KTR is place in the same position where KCR used to sit in this office space. In that way, This Dynamic Leader is getting much closer to the CM Chair.
