Proud Of Telangana Polls, BUT...: KTR

TRS Working President KT Rama Rao claimed to be proud of the way Telangana conducted itself on the polling day of 2019 Lok Sabha Elections. 'Proud of the Administrative Machinery, EC, Government Officials, Political Party Workers of all parties & above all the people of Telangana,' he opined.
At the same time, KTR pointed out that the only let down was the low voter turnout in towns.
Needless to say, KTR made the above comments comparing the manner in which elections happened in Andhra Pradesh Today. Violent incidents took place in over 20 places across the state. At least two Party Workers were killed, Sitting MLAs & MLA Candidates suffered injuries, Kidnap of Polling Agents, EVMs were smashed and several other violent incidents happened in AP. In contract, Telangana Lok Sabha Polls happened in a peaceful manner.
By 3 pm, 48.95 percent polling was recorded in Telangana. Polling Percentage is expected to surpass 60-mark.
