Even KCR Is A Project Oustee...!!

Displacement from natural habitat is always painful. No one wants to leave the place that a family is associated for generations. They love the place and have indelible memories associated with it. But, villages are being submerged in the name of projects and families are being uprooted. Many a time, what they get as compensation is too little and too small! The government employs all kinds of tactics to edge them out of their habitations. The same story is being repeated even during KCR's time. The project oustees are unhappy with the R and R package of the Government.
But, KCR's son and TRS working president KTR is trying every trick in the trade to win the oustees over. He is marshalling all his experience to mollify them. He told the oustees of Kaleswaram project at Mid-Maneru that no one knows the pain of the oustees like KCR. Speaking after performing special poojas to mark Kaleswaram project's launch at Upper Maneru reservoir in Gambhiraopet mandal in Sircilla district on Friday, he said KCR himself was a project oustee. He said KCR hailed from Posanpalli village in Domakonda mandal. But, he had to vacate the place to facilitate the construction of Upper Maneru and then settled in Chintamadaka village. He said even his wife was a project oustee. Her native village of Kodurupaka had to be vacated for Mid Manenu. Citing these two examples, he said he knows the pains of project oustees. But, there is one doubt!! If KCR really knows the pains of the project oustees, why is he so insensitive to the plight of the tribal oustees?
