Is KTR the Acting CM of Telangana?

Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao has left for a week-long Delhi tour. In his absence, IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao would be taking control of the administration in the Youngest State.
KTR cancelled all of his scheduled programmes to step into his Father's shoes. He will be holding review meetings regarding various Government programmes during this period to ensure the deadlines haven't been missed.
May be, This is how KCR wants his son to get used to the challenges of a Chief Minister. So far, KTR has been very impressive as a Minister and he is always there to help the needy. The ability to take decisions quickly has established this dynamic young leader as a political successor of KCR. Don't be surprised if TRS Supremo officially announces elevation of KTR in 2019!
KCR will participate in the nomination filing of NDA's Presidential Candidate Ram Nath Kovind. He will be discussing with PM and Union Ministers about GST affect on Telangana.
