Viral: CM Reads Newspaper During Aerial Survey!

Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy was caught red handed reading a newspaper in a helicopter while undertaking an aerial survey of the flood ravaged Kodagu region.
In the 50-sec video, Kumaraswamy could be seen reading Kannada Newspaper. While sharing the footage, Karnataka BJP Social Media Head S Balaji mocked - 'This is probably the best aerial survey of flood affected areas by any CM of this country. I wonder to understand why go on aerial survey when you all you want to do is read newspapers'.
Chief Minister's Office clarified the video which went viral was indeed shot during the Take Off. 'CM got into the chopper at 11.18 AM and was found reading newspaper at 11.27 AM. It was shot during the take off from Mysore en route to Piryipatna where the helicopter reached at 11.58 AM,' says CMO.
Three hours before S Balaji's Post, CMO shared a video clip of Kumaraswamy surveying the flood ravaged area while on board the chopper.
