Kumbh Mela Arrangements: Uttarakhand CM says risk should not be taken!

The famous festival Kumbh Mela-2021 is expected to be held from the month end of February. According to the media reports, the major pilgrimage will be held from the 27th of February to the 30th of April.
Ahead of the prominent Hindu festival, the union government has issued directives for the Uttarakhand government on the Kumbh Mela celebrations and keep a limit for the devotees attending the pilgrimage.
Following this, the Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that their government will take all the required measures that the Kumbh Mela will be held without any problems.Adding further, he said no sort of risks should be taken in holding the pilgrimage. He said, Kumbh Mela should not turn out as another "Wuhan" or a "markaz"
He held a press conference on the measures taken by the government to hold Kumbh Mela given the Covid-19 situations. Required arrangements for the Kumbh Mela are being made.The government has made it clear that the negative RT-PCT test report, medical certificate, and pre-registration are mandatory for the pilgrims who want to take part in Kumbh Mela.
