Narendra Modi Government failed to compensate the damage done to AP with bifurcation in the past four years. Rajya Sabha MP KVP Ramachandra Rao kept holding 'Save AP' placard since the proceedings began in the Upper House on Friday. He remained in the Well in this manner despite repeated appeals by Chairman Kurian to go to his seat.
At one stage, Kurian lost his cool and used harsh words on the Rajya Sabha Member. 'What happened to him? Has he gone mad?,' he yelled.
