Kuvuri hints Congress will hold back T

Union Minister Kavuri Sambasiva Rao visited Tirumala Today for the darshan of Lord Balaji along with Nandamuri Balakrishna's family.
Speaking to the media, Kavuri said, "Seemandhra people are soft-natured and that's why they were patient during the time of Telangana movement. As the division of state was confirmed now, they were showing their 'viswaroopam'. We had informed about the reactions of Seemandhra people to Congress leadership much earlier, but they failed to estimate the possible damage. Congress will surely reconsider its decision on Telangana. We have already received indications in this regard. We were able to bring the intensity of the agitations to the notice of High Command. I Will not hesitate to take part in the movement directly if required".
Can we trust Kavuri's words? Will High Command really stalls the T process? Sonia has already made it clear T-decision is irreversible. So, we could understand that Kavuri's remarks are just part of a plan to continue in the Union Ministry post for few more months.
