KVP exposes new angle in Polavaram Tender

TDP Narsaraopet MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao's company Transstroy India Limited obtained the Polavaram Project tender. Pawan Kalyan already slammed the MP for alleged land acquisition without the consent farmers in lanka villages. Now, Congress Leader KVP Ramachandra Rao came down heavily on TDP Government citing irregularities in Polavaram Project.
KVP alleged: 'No transparency was maintained in Polavaram Project tenders. Chandrababu Naidu have direct links with Transstroy India Limited owned by Rayapati Sambasiva Rao. Hence, Polavaram Project contracts were offered to this company. Transstroy has been doing works at a good pace only when it received funds from Centre. Else, It's been delaying the project deliberately. Still, TDP Government doesn't take any action against this company'.
Polavaram Project & Special Status are two different issues. UPA Government declared Polavaram as National Project and then PM promised Special Category Status for AP in Parliament. BJP had gone back on the promise and included Polavaram Project in Special Package. TDP Government kept saying it accepted Special Package for Polavaram which is the lifeline of AP. Then, Hasn't AP CM have the responsibility to prevent irregularities in Polavaram Project?
