Congress MP KVP Ramachandra Rao admitted that his party lacked a clear stand on Special Category Status and hence it wasn't able to succeed.
Speaking to media in Visakha, KVP opined Centre has cheated people of AP with Special Package announcement. He accused Naidu of singing to the tunes of Centre for Polavaram project.
KVP described the shift of Railway Zone from Visakha to Vijayawada as an attempt to spread hatred among people. He alleged CBN conspired with Centre for delimitation of Assembly constituencies. He expressed the feeling people wouldn't get benefitted from the financial assistance to be provided by Centre. He, however, feels Special Status could be achieved if each and every one joins the movement.
YSR's Soulmate asked Modi to fulfill the promise he made to Andhrites during Tirupati public meeting. 'If BJP fails to keep its promise, Congress will come back to power in 2019 and accords Special Status to AP,' he said.
