Is KVP behind Jagan's Matured Moves?

Some of the decisions taken by YS Jaganmohan Reddy in the recent past have been creating an impression that he is thinking in a matured. He extended support to NDA's Presidential Candidate Ram Nath Kovind though majority of the Opposition Parties in the country were backing Meira Kumar to maintain good relations with the Centre. He even invited influential leader like Shilpa Mohan Reddy into the party ahead of Nandyal By-Poll. A Senior Leader is believed to be behind Jagan's Mature Decisions. The mystery element is none other than YSR's soul KVP Ramachandra Rao.
During an interview to a News Channel few months ago, KVP maintained that Jagan is like his nephew and all of them are like one family. However, KVP and Jagan haven't met publicly so far but they seem to be maintaining good relations.
If the buzz is true, Jagan paved way for Shilpa Mohan Reddy as per the advise of KVP and this development irked ruling TDP. Seems like, Jagan is giving importance to the opinion of his Father's close buddy.
