KVP Says.. Babu Anger Is Visible Only In Leaks!

Senior Congress leader, Rajya Sabha member KVP Ramachandra Rao has been vocal in demanding the implementation of promises made to AP at the time of bifurcation of the state. He raised issues like releasing funds to Polavarfam Project and other promises in the Upper House. KVP made interesting remarks recently on the developments going on in the TDP. It is known that AP CM N. Chandrababu Naidu recently held a meeting with all the TDP MPs ahead parliament sessions. KVP responded to this meeting and other political developments.
KVP fired on Chandrababu that he compromised the development of AP his own benefits. He criticised that Chandrababu anger is visible in only leaks. He said that Chandrababu came up with a new drama as the people are not happy with his government. He lashed out at him saying that they made the center to bear 100% of the funds but Chandrababu sidelined Polavaram Authority and took the control of the project by promising the state will bear 10% expenditure.
He said that Polavaram Project is the lifeline of AP so they have included the project in the bill but AP CM and BJP are spreading lies about the project. He questioned the CM that why did the government hide the report of revised expenditure? Why is the state government asking for 90% funds as the project has to be constructed by central government itself? Why has the state government not demanded the funds for rehabilitation? Why did they say to Project authority that they will release the funds in a phased manner?
KVP wondered how Polavaram expenditure will be accommodated in the state budget? He said that TDP government is doing all this for the commission. He alleged that differences cropped up between BJP and TDP in the aspect of project contractors. He reminded that he is fighting for the rights of AP and special category status from 2015. He said that he is protesting the injustice done to AP in the well of the parliament. He said that despite his unsupportive health he has been fighting for the rights of AP. He said Chandrababu is bluffing the people now by saying that he wants special category status.
