Why Just KVP? Suspend All MPs If You Have Guts!

Congress MP KVP Ramachandra Rao was suspended for a day from the Upper House citing the protest he kept staging since the Budget Session began. Why KVP alone was punished when MPs of all the parties from AP have been protesting in a similar manner over injustice to the state in Union Budget. Once again, BJP has shown how rules could be used as per its convenience.
May be, Never been before Parliament Sessions has been disrupted in such a manner since Narendra Modi formed government in 2014. AP MPs kept stalling the proceedings in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. They weren't even hesitating to disrupt the speeches of fellow MPs. At one stage, Speaker Sumitra Mahajan commented in a serious tone, 'You have been making it look like a child's play. What discipline will you teach your children at home if you behave in such manner in the Parliament?'.
Whereas, BJP hasn't dared to suspend TDP and YCP MPs. Though KVP was protesting silently in Rajya Sabha by just holding a placard in the well, He was suspended for a day. Telugu People have been now demanding Centre to suspend all the AP MPs at once if it have guts.
