KVP Seeks White Paper, Ready For Open Debate!

KVP Ramachandra Rao challenged AP CM Chandrababu Naidu regarding Polavaram Project which is the life line of several districts in the state.
In the open letter, KVP pointed out: 'Centre refused to bear the burden of escalation of Polavaram Project expenditure. Which means, AP Government has to mobilise Rs 28,467 crore on its own. Inspite of being aware of it, Chandrababu Naidu didn't disclose the facts to the people of AP. At least now, CM should pass an order asking Officials to move a counter affidavit in High Court for ensuring Centre bears the entire expenditure'.
Irrigation Minister Devineni Uma questioned KVP, 'Why didn't he raised objection when PMO stopped funding for Polavaram Project? Why was he silent when KCR moved Supreme Court against Polavaram? Didn't the case filed by Kavitha in green tribunal come to his notice?'.
In his new letter, KVP demanded AP Government to release white paper on Polavaram Project. He challenged the Government to come for an open debate on Polavaram if injustice hadn't happened to the people during TDP Rule. He questioned why TDP Government refrained from filing a counter affidavit for 18 months.
