New Zealand leveled the ODI Series with a victory by a margin of 19 runs at Ranchi Yesterday. Now, Everyone's focus shifted to YS Rajasekhar Reddy ACA-VDCA Stadium in Vizag where the 5th and final ODI is scheduled to be played on October 29th.

However, The Series decider is facing a threat of Kyant Cyclone. IMD Predicted heavy rains and gusty winds in Coastal Districts on Friday and Saturday. Unless the cyclone changes it direction, Playing a full match looks almost impossible on Saturday.

Andhra Cricket Association General Secretary and BCCI Vice president Gokaraju Gangaraju is confident of clearing the rain water within 2-3 hours with the help of advanced drainage system and availability of super soppers.

Another Member of the Association reminds that November 24th, 2013 ODI between India and West Indies was successfully conducted even after heavy downpour.

Of course, There are couple of examples to say rain could disrupt the play. On Sept 8th, 2012, T20 Match between India-New Zealand has been called off here. Even India-West Indies ODI was cancelled on October 14th, 2014 because of Hudhud cyclone.
