As the third phase of the COVID-19 lockdown begins in India, the Central government has allowed selling the liquor in all zones, barring the containment zones. It was the moment drunkards across the country seemed to be waiting for more than 40 days now.
Long queues were seen at liquor outlets at many places across the country, and shockingly many girls can be seen in these queues waiting to buy the alcohol after 40 long days.
As the large numbers of girls are seen in these queues not even caring the heat of the summer, separate queues for the ladies were arranged to their convenience. This incident happened in several places, but the pictures from Bengaluru got viral on social media.
