Lady Love of Home Minister Venkatesh confirmed!

After a long wait, Nayantara has agreed to sign Director Maruthi's 'Radha' which stars Venkatesh in the lead role. In this love story, Venky does the role of a Home Minister and Nayan will be seen as a middle-class woman. The romantic track between the lead pair and comedy quotient in the movie are said to be the biggest highlights.
Few days ago, Maruthi commented Nayantara is too old to play the female lead in his movie when the media enquired him if the Malayalam beauty was roped for the project. To everyone's surprise, the director now claims Nayan has agreed to do the film only after 30 minutes narration in single sitting. This highlights the fact that Nayan turned down the film initially due to busy schedule and finally signed the film by adjusting her call sheets after Venky intervened.
'Radha' will be produced by DVV Danayya. JB composes music and Cinematography is by Richard Prasad. Story-Screenplay-Dialogues-Direction is by Maruthi. Muhurat will be on Jan 16th and regular shoot from February end.
