Lagadapati uses Pepper spray in Lok Sabha

The T-day has arrived finally and as expected the bifurcation bill was introduced in Lok Sabha amidst protests from Seemandhra MPs
The bill was put up as a table item by Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde at about 12:15. The same looked to have been accepted by speaker Meera Kumari. This whole episode went amongst never before seen incidents in the house.
Vijayawada MP Lagadapati had created his style of disturbance .He allegedly attacked on parliament members with pepper spray and they were taken to out in a ambulance. Hell broke loose with the spray causing severe coughing among members with some looking uncomfortable.
Lagadapati consumed the spray afterwards and went unconscious .Doctors were called and
effected MPs were taken to hospital. Telangana MPs have also seen resisted by fighting the Seemandhra MPs. Under all these conditions, bill was announced to have got the consent.
