Cross Voting in Visakhapatnam could fetch victory for VV Lakshminarayana in Visakhapatnam Lok Sabha Constituency. There was strong buzz that even TDP and YCP Sympathisers voted for the Former CBI Joint Director in 2019 Elections. While the margin of TDP vote transfer to JSP in big, Transfer of YCP vote to JSP is small. That's more than enough for the Main Opposition to corner the Ruling Party.
Already, YCP Rajya Sabha MP Vijay Sai Reddy accused TDP of favouring Lakshminarayana in Visakhapatnam. This gave strength to the speculations of TDP Leadership conspired to defeat Sri Bharat to ensure Balakrishna's Son-In-Law doesn't emerge as a competitor to Nara Lokesh or as Power Centre in the party. Even the polling trends offer an impression that cross voting happened on a huge scale in the Assembly Constituencies which are known to be stronghold of TDP.
Chandrababu Naidu has been already facing allegations of suppressing Harikrishna & Jr NTR and making Suhasini a scapegoat. If Lokesh wins in Mangalagiri & Sri Bharat loses in Visakha, That's going to be a curse for the TDP Supremo and he will have to face the blame even if he have no role in the defeat. Certainly, YCP would take full advantage of any such situation.
