Drug Scandal in Hyderabad shook Telugu Film Industry very badly few months ago. Media has given good coverage for a period of one month. Thereafter, There wasn't much focus on the issue and this drew criticism on the SIT.
Blood, Hair and Nail Samples collected for tests at Forensic Science Laboratory has become crucial in the case. Excise Department is likely to receive the reports soon. Upon analyzing the results, Charges will be framed against those who consumed drugs and the ones who had dealings with the mafia.
SIT suspects at least few of the Film Celebs who were grilled might have taken either Cocaine or LSD. Excise Officials have the standard sample of Cocaine to tally with that of substance used by the Celebs or Drug Peddlers. Whereas, There is no standard sample of LSD in India & hence it's been obtained from American Forensic Department.
