They also say none of the big shots have been affected by the ban on currency. Haters need to realize the other side of Demonetization!
Actually, Leading Industrialists & Business Tycoons in the country were yet to pay lacks of dues to the Government. Government Banks are unable to recover loans to the tune of Rs 6 lakh crore. This situation led to the cash scarcity!
Banking Sector is in such a position that it can't overcome the crisis if Rs 1.25 lakh crore wasn't deposited. In July this year, Centre settle Rs 23,000 crore to 14 Government Banks. It also gave assurance on offering Rs 70,000 crore in the next four years. With the ban on old currency, Lakhs of crore have been coming back to the banks all over the country.
Loans to be paid by Leading Businessmen to Indian Banks:
Anil Ambani (Reliance Group) - Rs 1.25 lakh crore
Anil Agarwal (Vedanta Group) - Rs 1.03 lakh crore
Sasi Ruya, Ravi Ruya (Essar Group) - Rs 1.01 lakh crore
Goutham Adani (Adani Group) - Rs 96,031 crore
Manoj Gour (JP Group) - Rs 75, 163 crore
Sajjan Zindal (JSW) - Rs 58,171 crore
G Mallikarjuna Rao (GMR) - Rs 47,976 crore
Madhusudana Rao (Lanco) - Rs 47,102 crore
Venugopal Duth (Videocon) - Rs 45,405 crore
GVK Reddy (GVK Group) - Rs 33,933 crore
