Lockout 5.0: Passes Not Required For Interstate Travel

Following the Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Centre extended the existing lockout gave more relaxations which include interstate travel and this time there is no need of getting passes for the vehicle sunlike in the fourth phase.
However, the Centre maintained that interstate travel will be based on the mutual consent from the states and Union Territories and it's their call to allow the vehicles or not.
In the fifth lockout, Merchandise transport was also permitted and the same rule applies that both the states must agree for the transport. The existing lockout was extended till the 30th of June.
