Lockout 5.0: Passes Not Required For Interstate Travel

However, the Centre maintained that interstate travel will be based on the mutual consent from the states and Union Territories and it's their call to allow the vehicles or not.
In the fifth lockout, Merchandise transport was also permitted and the same rule applies that both the states must agree for the transport. The existing lockout was extended till the 30th of June.
