Why Lokesh appeared angry at Assembly Lobby?

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu directed party legislators to attend Assembly Sessions without fail even though YCP has boycotted it. However, Some of the Ministers and MLAs gave Today's session a miss taking advantage of Party Supremo's Visakha tour for attending Agritech Summit.
When MLAs raised few questions related to Health, Municipal and Education Departments, Concerned Ministers weren't present in the House and that's when Speaker exhibited restlessness. Immediately, Minister Atchannaidu rushed towards the chambers of the Ministers. In the lobby, Lokesh spotted Atchannaidu and enquired what happened. When he came to know about the absence of the Ministers, Lokesh expressed his anguish on the party leaders for not abiding by the orders of the Leadership. He immediately asked Atchannaidu to make calls to all the Ministers who didn't attend the Sessions.
At the same time, Nara Lokesh ordered TDP Legislative Party Secretary Suresh to take MLAs attendance 5 times per day to ensure nobody given the Assembly Sessions a miss.
