'Lucky' Galla Jaydev Receives Promotion

TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu nominated Galla Jaydev as the leader of the TDP Parliamentary Party. This decision was announced after the meeting with newly elected MLAs and MPs.
Actually, Galla Jaydev hasn't earned the post. The dire situation of Telugu Desam Party fetched him this recognition. TDP won only Vijayawada (Kesineni Nani), Galla Jaydev (Guntur) and Rammohan Naidu (Srikakulam). All of the three Winners are only 2-Time MPs. None of the Senior MPs of TDP were able to retain their seats in 2019 Elections due to the YCP Wave. So, TDP Leadership have no other option but to choose one among the three. In the end, Naidu preferred Galla Jaydev who maintains good dealings at the national level because of his business background.
In 2019 Elections, Galla Jaydev is lucky enough to be on the winning side with a majority of 4,216 votes. YCP complains over 9,000 postal ballot votes weren’t counted in the Guntur Parliament Segment. Even in Srikakulam and Vijayawada, The margin of victory is very less and that's the saddest part.
