MAA elections: Naidu suggests NOTA option

The issue of electing MAA Chairman has been on the news from last few days and it created tension all around the film fraternity. This is not an exaggeration to say that the elections appear to be on par with the status of general elections.
At last, the high octane filmy drama of Movie Artistes' Association elections has ended. Out of 702 members of Movie Artists Association who have voting power, only 394 have utilized their vote.Many film stars appeared at voting and spoke to media and try to convey message saying that all are one despite of small differences.
But character artist G.V.Sudhakar Naidu made some sensational statements regarding the MAA elections.This actor who is popularly known for his roles in Pokiri and Happy said he wants to vote for NOTA option. Sudhakar Naidu aka GV said " The way MAA elections issue has turned up is really troubling to every artist in the film industry. I wish there was a NOTA option in the election process. As a voter I wouldn't prefer either of the main contestants. This is the reason NOTA option would make things easier.Â’Â’
