The ongoing pandemic is ringing danger bells in India with the fresh infections mounting day by day. After public representatives, high-profile people, and lawmakers, the Chief Minister of a state contacted the virus.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan tested positive for the respiratory disease, which makes him the first Chief Minister in the country to contact the dreaded virus.
Shivraj Singh Chouhan took to Micro-blogging site Twitter to confirm the news and urged people who might have come in contact with him to undergo pandemic tests.
In his Tweet, he said, he developed symptoms of the virus and went for the pandemic tests. The test results declared him positive for the virus. He Tweeted in Hindi.
