HC Fixes Deadline For RK Nagar by-poll

Madras High Court issued an order that by-election to RK Nagar constituency which fell vacant after the demise of Jayalalithaa must be held before December 31st.
Apparently, RK Nagar by-polls was supposed to happen in April this year. Election Commission cancelled the by-election after Sasikala Natarajan's Camp was caught red-handed bribing voters for the victory of TTV Dhinakaran.
DMK informed the High Court that one lakh fake voters have been registered for the RK Nagar by-election. The Main Opposition sought weeding out of fake votes before holding the election.
Dhinakaran was AIADMK Candidate for RK Nagar by-poll in the past. He, however, faced suspension after the merger of CM Palanisamy and O Panneerselvam's Camps. Who will be the AIADMK Candidate for upcoming by-poll?
On the other hand, Jayalalithaa's niece Deepa Jayakumar is waiting for the opportunity of winning the RK Nagar by-election to continue the legacy.
