Why not DNA Test on Sobhan Babu links?: HC

Amrutha who claims to be the biological daughter of former Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa moved a petition in Madras High Court seeking DNA Test to establish her relationship.
Justice S Vaidyanathan questioned why Amrutha hasn't sought for Paternity DNA Test referring to Sobhan Babu whom she claims to be her biological father. In reply, Amrutha's Counsel V Prakash informed the court that his Client wants to establish her relationship with Jayalalithaa alone with the present petition. Then, The Judge opined the allegation would cause pain to the family of late Sobhan Babu.
In the petition, Amrutha sought directions to Tamil Nadu Government to allow family members of Jayalalithaa to cremate her mortal remains as per the rituals of Vaishnava Iyengar Brahmin Community. She also appealed for police protection to herself and her family members at the time of cremation.
Next hearing of Amrutha's petition is being posted to January 5th, 2018.
